Rotary-screw compressor-receiver unit
The Polus-Sar compressor-receiver units are equipped with rotary-screw compressors of the leading manufacturers: Bitzer, Fusheng, RefComp, Mycom.
Compressor-receiver units based on refrigeration rotary-screw are designed for cooling chilled food storage chambers and blast freezing, as well as for other low-temperature applications, and are supplied ready for operation. Refrigeration units are equipped with protection and control devices for equipment operation. The compressors are HFC/HFO refrigerants compatible. The cooling loop of the unit has been leak-tested and filled with dry nitrogen excessive pressure of 1 - 1.5 bar. The compressor and oil separator are filled with oil. All control board automation components are tested, product defects are eliminated immediately on the spot.
The units are made with high-quality components from well-known European companies: BITZER, Danfoss, ALCOCONTROLS, BECOOL, Carly, CPS, Eliwel, Mastercool, Ranco, Refco, Swep, Gvn, Bernzomatic, Errecom, Henry. Control boards are assembled with Schneider Electric, Simens, ABB, CAREL, ELIWELL, Danfoss components.

Standard equipment of the unit:
- Semi-hermetic rotary-screw compressor equipped with suction and discharge shut-off valves;
- Oil separator with heating system and minimum oil level alarm;
- Oil supply system to the compressor;
Suction line, which includes a dismountable filter cleaner, shut-off valve, insulation, and pipelines; - Discharge line, which includes a discharge pressure control, valves, and pipelines;
- Liquid line, which includes a liquid receiver, a dismountable filter-drier, shut-off valves, and pipelines;
Monitoring and safety system, including pressure gauges and pressure switches for high and low pressure, safety valves on the liquid receiver and oil separator; - Economizer (upon request it can be excluded from the unit);
- Bypass line (on request it can be excluded from the unit);
- Disconnection terminal blocks on the base frame (on request, it can be excluded from the unit);
- Dust and moisture-proof control box for the unit and condenser.
